Membership Features Mistake

Here: I found a mistake on the the Membership Features Page:

Earn Elite Medals and earn special agent items?? Members only?? Non-Members can also get elite medals and can earn one special agent item which is the EPF Earpiece. What do you think of the bug? Let me know in a comment guys!
